With over 25 years of culinary experience, Chef Joshua, who trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, is eager to elevate and enliven The Adair's dining scene. Trained through classically French techniques, his style is undeniably ingredient-forward, inspired by local produce and seasonality, promising to delight the palate. He brings experience that ranges from executive chef roles at other New England B&Bs to having worked alongside Michelin chefs in major US cities.
