We are 10 minutes from Cannon Mountain Ski Resort, 20 minutes from Bretton Woods and within easy driving distance of Loon Mountain, Waterville Valley, Burke Mountain, and Attitash Mountain.

For the more courageous, Tuckerman's Ravine and Mount Washington Valley are also accessible from the inn.

Miles of pristine snowshoe trails on Adair's 200 forested acres and nearby at the neighboring 1200 acre Rocks Estate.

We can offer guests use of our traditional wooden snow shoes or our premium recreational snow shoes. This is a fantastic way to explore off-the-beaten tracks.

Adair's 200 acres allows for quiet and convenience. The inn is surrounded by quiet woodlands and trails. The property is also conveniently located on one of the many miles of  maintained snow mobile trails crisscrossing the north country for extended trips.

Secure parking is available for - use our facilities all winter and let Adair be your home away from home for snowmobile fun.

Guided snowmobile tours also available on Adair's home property away from the inn.

The inn itself provides the ideal relaxing spot for after a day's activity, or for those in the group who would prefer to stay cozy and ride less!

Get your skates on - ice skating facilities available in the area. Bethlehem Recreation Park on the corner of Main and Agassiz streets provides a great place to lace up your skates. An outdoor lighted rink is available free of charge. No skate rentals are available, so bring your own.

Saturday February 9th 2008, from 10am-4pm.  Come and enjoy a skating party at the outdoor rink behind the Abbey Greenleaf Library, Main Street in Franconia NH.  Hot Chocolate will be served and admission is free.  The event is sponsored by the Franconia Heritage Museum.

Dog sledding trips and tours can be arranged for you  at Adair and tailored to suit your adventurous spirit.
