Adair's Christmas Dinner
(5 course)

Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup
A blend of wild rice, chicken and vegetables simmered in chicken broth and embellished
with cream and herbs.

Mushroom Strudel
A blend of wild mushrooms sautéed in sherry and herbs then combined with Boursin
cheese, wrapped in phyllo dough and drizzled with a lemon hollandaise sauce.

Spinach, Roasted Beet Salad
Fresh baby spinach and roasted beets topped with goat cheese, pecans, and pomegranates.
Finished with a balsamic vinaigrette.

Choice of one entree

Roasted Pork Loin
Roasted pork loin served with an apple chestnut stuffing and homemade gravy.

Salmon En Croute
Fresh Atlantic Salmon stuffed with Boursin cheese and baked in puff pastry.

Filet Oscar
Filet mignon topped with grilled asparagus, lump crab meat, and house-made béarnaise
sauce.
