Our intimate dining room with fireplace and wonderful views of the outdoors offers a relaxing ambiance in a casual elegant atmosphere. Many birthdays and anniversaries have been celebrated at Adair Country Inn & Restaurant and the uncompromising attention to detail with highly personalized, warm service makes every celebration special.

The dinner menu is complimented by a carefully selected wine list, fine selection of beers and a wide variety of cocktails and seasonal specialties.

Appetizers

Soup of the Day   $6

Made from the freshest ingredients from our local farms and garden.

Wild Mushroom Strudel    $13

A blend of wild mushroom sautéed with garlic, butter, cream, and sherry then combined with boursin cheese wrapped in phyllo. Served with a lemon Beurre Blanc sauce.

Clam Fritters $10

       Tender sea clams, scallions and fresh herbs in a corn meal batter. Lightly fried and served with Chef made tartar sauce.

Chipotle Shrimp & grits   $14

Chipotle seasoned shrimp served on creamy grits, topped with cheddar cheese and green onion.

 

Prosciutto Wrapped Melon $9

Honey dew melon and cantaloupe surrounded with imported prosciutto and drizzled with locally harvested wild honey.

 

Salads

 

Seafood Ceviche $15

Shrimp, scallops and calamari marinated in fresh lime juice, imported olive oil, chopped tomato, scallions and seaweed salad.

Spring Salad $10

Radicchio, citrus and spinach salad with baby spinach, orange and
pink grapefruit. Topped with roasted pepitas, dried cranberries, goat cheese and poppy seed vinaigrette.

 
Grilled Caesar Salad $12

Grilled heart of romaine drizzled with Caesar dressing, topped with house made croutons and shredded parmesan cheese.


Dinner Entrées

 

Blackened Blue Cod     $24

Pan seared Cajun spiced blue cod served on roasted cauliflower, warm tomato chutney and crispy hush puppies.

Chef’s wine recommendation: Ryan Patrick Riesling

 

     Vegetable Napoleon     $19

Delicate puff pastry stacks filled with seasonal roasted vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes served with red and yellow bell pepper coulis.

Chef’s wine recommendation: Tomaiolo Chianti Classico

 

Adair Filet Au Poivre         $36

                CertifiedAngus Filet Mignon pressed in cracked black pepper, topped with Dijon brandy cream sauce and served with mashed bourbon sweet potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Chef’s wine recommendation: Gunsight Rock Cabernet

 

Chicken Saltimbocca   $24

   Boneless chicken breast stuffed with fresh sage and Fontina cheese,
wrapped in prosciutto, served on pappardelle pasta in a fresh tomato sauce with seasonal vegetables.

Chef’s wine recommendations: Il Cavalier Pinot Grigio

 

Grilled Veal Chop     $32

Marinated in garlic and imported olive oil, served on house made gnocchi, topped with a mushroom ragout and served with seasonal vegetables.
