Our intimate dining room with fireplace and wonderful views of the outdoors offers a relaxing ambiance in a casual elegant atmosphere. Many birthdays and anniversaries have been celebrated at Adair Country Inn & Restaurant and the uncompromising attention to detail with highly personalized, warm service makes every celebration special.

The dinner menu is complimented by a carefully selected wine list, fine selection of beers and a wide variety of cocktails and seasonal specialties.

A blend of wild mushroom sautéed with garlic, butter, cream, and sherry then combined with Boursin cheese wrapped in phyllo & served with a lemon hollandaise sauce.

Sweet corn with spicy sausage, served with a maple-Dijon sauce.

Tender minced Filet Mignon with house seasoning and served with French baguette.
