Flavorful food, made with only the freshest ingredients and artfully presented,
is a point of pride here at Adair Country Inn & Restaurant. Our intimate dining room with fireplace
and wonderful views of the outdoors, is filled with enticing aromas morning and night.

Dinner at Adair
The restaurant is open to the public and to inn guests by reservation.

Dinner reservations begin at 5:30pm, Thursday through Monday.

Our dinner menu is complemented by a full-service liquor license, selected wines and beers, cocktails and seasonal specialties.

Executive Chef Jeanne McCredie serves up seasonal selections that include the freshest ingredients – from naturally-grown vegetables to market fresh seafood, free-range poultry and the finest beef steaks.

“We aim to establish long-lasting relationships with our guests,” says Jeanne. “The best part of my job is interacting with guests and listening to their feedback, which makes their every visit thereafter a personal one.” .

Jeanne is a highly accomplished chef, having earned the Culinary Excellence Award, a Bronze Medal at the Boston Food Show and the respect of her peers and customers across the country.

Our menu is diverse, our food exciting and the atmosphere everything you have come to expect at Adair... deliberately small, naturally quiet.

Breakfast at Adair
Our full breakfast includes a buffet of home baked granola, yogurt, bananas, a variety of fruit juices, milk, water, and freshly brewed coffee. As you enjoy your morning coffee the first course of fresh fruit and piping hot popovers is served. Just when you're thinking nothing could top the beautiful presentation of fruit and light airiness of our enormous popovers, out comes the entrée. Fresh eggs, maple sausage, apple cider cured bacon, and pure New Hampshire maple syrup as well as our own herbs grown at Adair are but a
few of the breakfast ingredients. Morning culinary skills are in evidence from 8:30 to 9:15am daily.
