Breakfast at Adair
Our gourmet breakfast includes a buffet of home baked granola, yogurt, bananas, a variety of fruit juices, milk, water, and freshly brewed coffee. As you enjoy your morning coffee the first course of fresh fruit and piping hot popovers is served. Just when you're thinking nothing could top the beautiful presentation of fruit and light airiness of our enormous popovers, out comes the entrée. Fresh eggs, maple sausage, apple cider cured bacon and pure New Hampshire maple syrup as well as our own herbs grown at Adair are but a few of the breakfast ingredients. Morning culinary skills are in evidence from 8:30 to 9:15am daily.
Afternoon tea is served daily at 4 o'clock in Adair's spacious and comfortable living room. We serve Portsmouth Teas - freshly blended herbs and make your own tea bags accompanied by scratch-baked sweet goodies.
Have you tried Granny Hunnington's Sugar & Spice Cookies, our famous Brownies for Thin People only, Grandma Barnes's Cinnamon Flats, or our Midnight Dreams? These are a few of our delicious tea treats.
