Malt Scotch Whisky Dinner Event Join Chef Jeanne McCredie and Nigel Manley for another memorable event at Adair.
Meet at 6pm in the granite room for a whisky sour and hors d'oeuvres and Manley will present “Malt Scotch Whisky, the Water of Life.” Born in Nigeria and raised in Great Britain, Manley has more than 140 types of whiskies in his personal collection, and has been exploring his passion for single malts since the age of sixteen. During a lively presentation he’ll help guests discover single malts, blends, and the richness of blended malts.
At 7pm we sit down to a four-course dinner paired with a fine selection of Malt Scotch Whiskies. Nigel Manley will talk about the primary areas in Scotland where malt whiskies are produced, how they are made, stored, and bottled and then take guests through a tasting tour and help them choose a type that suits both their palate and their pocket book.
For those not sure about the Malt Scotch Whisky tasting, we do offer an alternative tasting with a champagne cocktail and a selection of wines.
